fuck ocd

i have had fucking sexual intrsuive ocd for 3 years and while its gotten better i have never truly beaten it.fucking hell every other ocd ive had has been completely beaten like so much so that its genuinely non existent but sexual intrsuive ocd ALWAYS fuckign stays i think it went from EXTREMELY bad in the first 6 months to okay for 2 and a half years but i feel like its impossible to truly not be affected by it atp.has anyone had ocd this level does it every go away to be honest i think ocd for me is easily beatable in day to day situations.but when i want to deeply concentrate(which i am starting to want to do now) it becomes impossible to focus
