Extra fee for shipping?

I've seen a few posts about some people having to pay something extra for pre-orders on different websites for their figure to be shipped. I pre-ordered a figure on the Premiun Bandai website that's expected to arrive on Dec, would I have to pay something extra to get the figure? (It's my first time ever on my life pre-ordering a figure so I don't know much about it)
