is SCHD worth holding long term

Hi everyone, I am trying to find ETF that are focused on firms that are solid and regularly pay dividends. I came across SCHD and it sounds like a good investment but I am still not sure if there is a better one out there. Does anyone have any tips/advice/recommendations that I can look into?
