Did they fix the crashing on PS5? [KCD1]

I was loving the remaster on PS5 but the constant crashing was ruining the experience for me so I put the game down a couple months ago. Unacceptable for a game where you can lose hours of progress since saving is a resource

Have they fixed these issues or is the game still crashing?
