My doctor taking switches of antipsychotic release lightly

I was on à med on immediate release i was found from the death due to this med … it run out of stock the immediate version and XR was the one left . Not only he forced me to think it is the same but he lowk kicked me in a manner of take your prblm and deal with it my opinion won’t change . His argument was it was still the main ingredient and it is out of stock (basically take it and shut up ) i am more anxious emotional depressed not able to talk normally without stuttering or sounding weird asf my mood is always down it’s just a mess
And he said if that’s all you have then we’re done
(The med is quitapine ) …. I am on withdrawal in a way but not ,I am in one place that I don’t wish to my enemy .
