No more package pickup?

My address is suddenly not eligible for package pickup. Post office said it’s because they’re only picking up priority mail now but when I go to submit a form to send anything I can’t get past the address info page to even select ground, priority, etc. Just says my address isn’t eligible. What gives?? On the east coast, in a pretty residential area, have sent many packages from my mailbox through package pickup. I haven’t had issues like this before and I never ship anything crazy. Feels a little ableist.
