Pop Capsules for a Canadian

I know pop capsules are a legal loophole in the big C of A, but I wanted to ask how a canadian here acquirers them. I am sick of ordering or buying Japanese cigs and would rather buy a pack or even roll my own stuff with a pop capsule in it.

Would appreciate any (on topic) response and recommendations!!!!
