Day after first dose, can’t eat

Had to force myself to eat half a chipotle burrito, surprisingly dealt with no side effects , except for maybe really mild nausea for 5-10 minutes. Can’t stomach food but I have to get my 150g protein in as a male that lifts so that I’m not losing muscle. The meds hit like a truck at 2.5mg for me.
