Poorly Developed and/or Worded Achievements Discussion

Hello everyone. I'm just trying to get some conversation in this community other than posting mastery images.

I've come across many, many poorly written achievements. Today I came across **Wrath Of The Black Manta*** For **NES**. You have a maximum of eight life containers. The particular achievement for each boss in the game is to end the level by defeating the boss without getting hit. It's worded *Beat the <boss> remaining 8 lifes*. However, if you get hit and purposely die, you start again at the boss but NOT with your full eight life containers.

So, why would the developer of these achievement just simply create "Defeat <boss> damageless"?

What are some poorly developed achievements that you have seen that we can laugh about?
