Hello hello!

I’m looking for a female flatmate (preferably > 27 years old) for a semi-furnished room in a 3BHK on the 3rd floor in Sushant Lok Phase I, Sector 27, Gurgaon — right next to Galleria Market.

The house is very spacious and currently works almost like a 2-person home. I use two rooms as my bedroom and study, and the third room is available from 1st August.

About the room:
• Semi-furnished room
• Attached washroom
• Private balcony
• AC and geyser included
• Bed and curtain rods can be bought second-hand from the current flatmate if needed
• Other room furniture will be taken by the current flatmate

About the house:
• 3BHK on the 3rd floor
• Lift available
• Furnished living room and kitchen
• Common areas are fully equipped
• Fridge and washing machine are rented
• Kitchen is fully set up
• One-time transfer of ₹8,000 to the current flatmate for kitchen equipment bought while moving in

Location:
The house is right next to Galleria Market, so groceries, food, pharmacy, salons, cafés, alcohol shop, dry cleaners, and pretty much everything else is easily accessible.

House help setup:
We have very solid daily help. She comes every day, with 2 leaves a month, and handles:
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner (amazing cook and she can follow a YT recipe)
• Dishes
• Cleaning the house
• Cleaning washrooms and balconies
• Washing and drying clothes
• Making the bed

She can also hand over unironed clothes to our caretaker, who gets them ironed and delivered back to the house.

Rent and expenses:
• Rent for the room: ₹28,500/month
• Security deposit: 2 months’ rent
• Rent agreement is due for renewal in August
• Standard 6-month lock-in

House expenses are split 2 ways, since only two people use the whole house.

Monthly shared expenses include:
• Cleaning: ₹7,000
• Cook: ₹9,000
• WiFi: ₹1,060
• Building watchman + cleaner for common areas, stairs: ₹4,500
• Fridge + washing machine rental: ₹2,793/month
• Gardener: ₹1,400/month
• Electricity: billed every 2 months, usually between ₹2,500–₹7,500 per month

Groceries, gas, maid supplies, etc., are also split 2 ways based on usage.

About the vibe:
You’ll be living with one girl in her 30s who works as a marketing consultant in Gurgaon. I also have two indie cats, so please only reach out if you genuinely like animals / are comfortable living with cats.

Smoking is okay, just no cigarettes inside the house outside of parties. Drinking and guest rules are chill. We’re pretty easygoing and like to have fun; just don’t bring the house down because there are old people and kids in the building. One-off parties have never been an issue for the building folk.

Looking for someone female, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. Single occupancy only.
