What setting needs to be changed in DE Castle & Lord Editor or in their AIC / AIV to stop them from deleting buildings when being sieged?

The Lords (vanilla, custom and new ones) keep deleting most of their buildings to generate gold in a last attempt to buy units and defend the keep.

I would like to remove this behavior, since after each attack successfully defended it takes very long for them to pick themselves back up.

I remember this might've been a toggle setting inside UCP, but I've now completely switched to DE. Which setting in Castle & Lord Editor or their AIC / AIV do I need to modify to remove this behavior completely?
