I messed up

I got the sublocade shot (300) a couple weeks ago but started to use 7oh on top of it. I got some subutex 8mg to help with cravings. Will I go in to PWD when I take the sub? and can I expect WDs when I stop or will the Sublocade cover? I’ve been using about 1000mg of 7oh per day. I am a fool and I didn’t realize the grasp this shit still had on me. I’m thinking about going back to detox just to get back on track. I feel hopeless.
