Inspection problems

Waiting for the official inspection report but the inspector did let me know that the house has foundational sloping (4.8 inches) and multiple slow leaks in various areas causing the dish washer not to work. Condensation on the ceiling. Sewer scope also showed pooling water with debris. That’s not even what’s all in the report. At this point we are ready to walk although we love the house (2600 sq ft, 5 bed 3 bath on an acre a dream moving from inside the city). Quick google search is seeming like it’s going to be 30-40k fixes. Our realtor is saying let’s see if they will fix it but I’m not hopeful they will won’t to drop that kind of money. I’m not willing to myself as I’d rather spend the money on updating a house instead of huge repairs and my VA loan wouldn’t let me get it without the repairs. I don’t want credit for things like that I was it fixed. Just posting to say it sucks and the inspection was expensive but obviously worth it lol.
