Reuploading some discontinued Armstrong Powerhouse stuff! (Soundpacks and Class 40)

So after AP pulled their soundpacks from sale, I bet a lot of people wanted to have the opportunity to purchase them.

But since they're technically now abandonware, I'm going through the effort of finding as many soundpacks as I can to archive for preservation reasons.

I also found the Class 40 which I have also uploaded into this archive. Also, same case with the soundpacks, I'm not sure why AP would pull stuff from sale that still works, or even make it freeware since iirc the reason why they pulled them was "They didn't meet the expectations of our current stuff."

Well anyway, they should've released them as freeware rather than pulling them offsale, some of them mayyy be broken as I don't have the space to install and test every single one.

Despite that, Enjoy!
