When did you start doing private practice, and when would you consider getting your own car? 🤔

Been thinking about it since starting but not sure when you would consider yourself private practice ready, I know someone who would be willing to sit with me it's just a case of not wanting to push private practice too early

I am about 5.5 hours in and was thinking based on current driving maybe 10-15 hours? I might be being a bit to safe but rather that than sorry 😅

Done everything bar maneuvers at this point, so hopefully by then I will have done it all at least a little

Thing that shocks me the most is learner insurance being cheaper than my real license quote 🤣 would cost me about £2,100 for the car and insurance for learning, and about £2,500 if I bought the car and insurance after passing

Thanks in advance, just think it could save on cash in the long run rather than paying hourly lesson rate plus then I've already got my car 🤷‍♂️
