Important safety update.
We’ve identified a potential safety issue affecting some Wallbox home chargers. As a precaution, and while we investigate with the manufacturer, it’s important that you:
Safely unplug your vehicle

Switch off the charger if you can safely access the isolator or circuit breaker

Do not use the charger under any circumstances

We’ll provide you with a further update no later than Tuesday, including what to do next.
 
Charging in the meantime:
We know many customers rely on charging at home.
If you need to use alternative charging while we work to resolve this issue with the manufacturer, please retain a record and we’ll reimburse your reasonable charging costs, so you won’t be left out of pocket.
We’ll explain exactly how to claim these costs in further updates.
