**Purple Pickled Cucumber**

I honestly think having a safe pocket would be completely reasonable, especially because this game is pretty difficult and you can lose everything in a single run. I’m Diamond in both Overwatch and Apex, and I still get killed VERY, VERY easily in this game.

Even with a safe pocket, dying would still hurt. You would lose all the gear you brought in and almost everything you looted, while only keeping one item. To me, that still feels like a fair trade-off and doesn’t remove the risk from the game.

That said, the community seems pretty divided on this. From what I’ve seen in previous posts and comments, discussions supporting a safe pocket often end up with zero upvotes, so clearly a lot of people don’t agree with the idea.

some ppl say that people would only bring cheap or bad gear if a safe pocket was added. But honestly, I already bring cheap gear now, and the game doesn’t have a safe rn. The risk of losing expensive gear already making some ppl and me play like that. A limited safe pocket might even make some players more willing to bring better gear or take more risks, since they know they won’t lose absolutely everything.

I also think the pocket should only protect one item, and that item should be purple rarity or lower. Gold and red items would still need to be extracted normally, so the best loot would never be completely safe.

Thoughts?

Why a lot of people against safe pocket?
