How to show sexual and romantic interest without being creepy?

I feel like I’m comfortable just having friendly banter and normal conversations with women I go out with but I’m pretty clueless on how to actually progress beyond that and show that I find them attractive without coming off as creepy. This usually leads to things fizzling out and I either stop seeing them or we just remain friends.
