HCG test

I went in for a saline test for an overall checkup, i had been TTC for 6 months. Th OBGYN said the test is inconclusive but she suspects double blockage, which would honestly suck. I just turned 34 last week.

I have been such a mess since i found out earlier this week. Not sure how to process this information. If the diagnosis is accurate post HCG, she was pushing for IVF immediately. Any advice? I’m really lost and demoralized.
