solidago odora, sweet goldenrod ideas

hi, im growing sweet goldenrod in my garden, and wondering if anyone has any recipe ideas besides making tea from the leaves? thinking maybe i could flavor simple syrup with the leaves and use it in cocktails?

really curious if anyone has done something creative with this plant though, thanks in advance!
