Final Boss's Weapon

Does anyone else feel like Proof of Humanity is insanely good. I was using the twin dragon sword then switched to this for ng+ and I didn't die on any bosses including the dlc (except the one before the first ergo boss of the dlc) I feel like a lot of people place it low on their lists for some reason. The only Amulet I have that helps it, is the Assassins one am I missing something?
