"What's your lowest price???"

I can cope with lowballers; no hate to people shooting their shot, I too am on a budget. What I can't stand are the people who ask "what's your lowest price??"

Look if you're on a budget go ahead and make an offer, and I'll decline or counter. But asking my lowest price just makes me feel like you're trying to take advantage. Anyone else or just me?
