Am I cooked (work related)

I work retail and I’m a supervisor, I recently discovered mostly everyone makes around .50 cents more than me, even non supervisors. I feel like a tool cause I been working this entire time making less but doing more. I was told my pay would increase by a very tiny amount when I become one, but nope, been the exact same.
