Account has been in merge queue for 2 years

On mobile, sorry.
So. I feel like I’m at a total loss here and just at this point I’m asking if anyone else knows someone who experienced this or has any ideas on what to even do now.

My XBOX overwatch account has been in merge queue for two years (I took a very long break from opening the game, I’ve exclusively played on Xbox since OW1 release).
When I open it, it says pending merge and if I try opening the shop it states account pending migration / account changed.
I have it linked to my one and only battlenet, I’ve no recollection of having a past battlenet account and none of my emails show any connection to another account.
I made a support ticket and got stuck in the endless loop of copy paste responses telling me to link and unlink etc.
Tried this, no change.
They asked for old emails, I gave them all I have and then I just get sent back into the loop of copy paste responses asking for my emails or phone numbers.
At one point, they even told me to contact xbox support who (obviously) told me they can’t help.

Eventually, I had to make yet another blizzard ticket because “too many replies” and it was soft locked.
Made another ticket. Same thing happened.
Loop. Zero help.
Third ticket, finally get a half decent reply stating the following:

“When you played Overwatch in the past you were linked to a Battle.net Guest account that was automatically created when you played Overwatch on Xbox.
You never performed the necessary steps to convert that account into a proper
Battle. net account.
In 2024 you broke that link and linked to the current Battle. net account. However, You already started the merge process before you linked to the current account.
That doesn't work.
Sadly it is technically impossible to link back to the previous account and it's also technical impossible to complete or cancel the merge, so this will never go away and there is nothing the customer support or Game Master team can do here.”

I had a ton of event skins and whatnot because as I said I started playing at beginning of OW1 and still play the game on the xbox1 with the OW1 disc, I’ve spent money on this game, everything like that...
And now they’re saying it’s permanently gone and my account is forever stuck in merge queue/migration.

Maybe I’m just venting lol.
But anyone else ever have anything happen like this or know any workarounds or other things I could try at this point? I’m sure I’m just shit outta luck but I’m sad and desperate.
