Any possibility of seeing a womens face under the peak?

This pic was sent to me. It was insisted nothing around was reflective and this was floating above the stuff not on the wall. It was taken with a flash. After the flash was taken it disappeared it looks like a reflection to me because of the defined lines. They see a woman's face slightly turned up under the peak. If I was to force a shape out of it I would see a wing. Does anyones mind find a face in it?
