Rough downshift

2024 801a, 27000 miles I’ve noticed last couple of weeks my truck has been real clunky when downshifting coming to a light/stop sign. It doesn’t happen al the time and I’ve felt it jerk at different deceleration speeds. Anyone else have this and what was the outcome if you’ve been taken to a dealership?

Asking before I make an appointment for them to say “that’s normal” 🫠 and I’m without my truck for a week.
