"This link has expired or is invalid." On every password reset link sent to email

Hi !

I forgot my Image Line account password and every time that I try to reset my password via email, the page automatically goes blank with one single sentence written on it "This link has expired or is invalid.". The connection via google also doesn't do anything, just brings me back to the login page. I tried copying the link and pasting it in my browser and tried to open the link from different devices...

This isn't an expired link issue as I open it very quickly upon receiving it.

If you have any solution or are stuck in the same problem as me, please let me know. Thanks for your time and help !
