Getting “to many attempts” message for about a month now.

As said in the tittle. Im getting the “to many attempts, try again later” error message for a month. I’ve sent support ticket a few times with no responses. I have no idea what this could be caused by and telegram themselves aren’t helping. If you have any fixes or reccomendation i would apriciate it.
