Modding Guides/Help for NWN 2:EE?

Heyo! I recently got NWN 2: EE, and I‘ve been attempting to get some mods downloaded in, however it doesn’t seem to work.
I saw a few posts saying to drag and drop them into some of the game’s folders under My Documents, but that didn’t work for me, unfortunately!

Are there any “extension browsers” or other applications that can help link the mods to the game, or any other ways to get the mods working??

I also wondered, will mods for the original NWN 2 work for the Enhanced edition, or are they exclusive to the original?

Thanks so much, folks!
