[on] might be pregnant need guidance on family doc appt

Missed my period and did a few tests but I’ve gotten mixed results (1 positive, negative and a no result). I’m hoping to get blood work done and have told my family doctor this. I’m located in Toronto. What does the process look like? How long till i get the results? It’s giving me so much anxiety
