Teething 14 month old resisting bed. Resort to car?

My boy is teething and taking hours to settle at night, he wont sleep his usual way and it ends up being such a struggle, its 100% teething but I get super frustrated and struggle with my own emotions then (different story) anyway, my boy sleeps well in the car, I've been thinking about getting him to sleep in the car at night then transferring him (temporarily) is this a bad idea? I feel like it helps with the pain, and the current heat.
