Anyone from June 17th receipt date still pending approval for Premium Processing H1B transfer?

Here are my details:

Transfer type: H1B COE
Filing date: 15th June 2026
Receipt date: 17th June 2026
Notice date: 22nd June
Service center: California

Its been over 15 business days now and I am still awaiting any approvals, case status shows as processing.
