Does this get any easier? I am in the UK so I did the 2 hour test, I got told my glucose was very high and since then I have just been an absolute mess. I know it's not my fault, that with every best intention there was nothing I could do to prevent it but I feel so awful about it. It's had me spiraling. I feel so guilty that I could have been hurting my baby and to make things worse, my appointment that shows me how to test my blood sugars etc isn't until next Friday.. I'm so scared about eating because I have been given no advice other than 'watch out for processed sugars'. I feel like I've just been left out at sea for the next week..

I'm only 25 weeks, I don't know how I'm going to finish this pregnancy with my sanity in tact. It just feels SO overwhelming. If anyone has any advice on how to navigate this or just to help my brain stop going into overdrive I'd be very grateful, and if anyone in the UK could recommend some snacks etc, I feel like we don't have nearly as many options as the US and there's only so much babybell I can take.
