Most viable farming build after Warlock nerd?

Was running ES lock, no longer have an offhand. Do I go back to hammerdin, respec, into caster lock, or is ES still that good to continue using?

Damage went from about 40k to 3.5k

I have runes for infinity but no griff/soj/arach to make a nova sorc gg.

Have enigma, grief, cta all the basic essentials
