Anyone else feel like Knix stays wet?

Hello!
I bought a pair of Knix menstrual underwear and wore them for the first time yesterday. Is it normal for the inside to stay wet?
After about 2 hours, it feels like I’m wearing a wet swimsuit, which is really uncomfortable. 😒

My flow isn’t very heavy, and I bought the Moderate absorbency, so I’m wondering if they’re just not absorbent enough, or if it’s simply how this brand is.
It feels like the moisture stays on the surface instead of being absorbed. Do other brands do the same thing, or do they feel drier?
I’m also a bit worried about getting an infection if the fabric stays damp for so long.
