Selling to EEA states from Canada?

Can any other Canadian sellers provide me with some insight/ advice about this new policy for selling things to the EEA states? Did you choose to not sell to them or did you do whatever’s required in order to do so properly? I’ve read over it several times in my shop manager and I still don’t really understand what would be required of me and my listings/ shop, in order to comply with their safety request or w.e.
