Mold in jaw after surgery

Hi just asking if this is correct I had spoken to a women at a dr office who im assume if couldn’t find out why she was sick and had all these bad symptoms. aAnd related it to either mold or infection in jaw that I think was effecting her years later.
Any one gone through this or no how possible it is
