help needed for build: weak COC Oracle spark

Hey guuuuuuuuuuuys

So, after some time playing with my deadeye I decided to invest roughly 1k div to fully jump into this build ("No temporalis" version).

I saw a few videos from this creator and his spark in hideout has something like 300k dps without headhunter effect or any active remnant.

Here's the problem: my spark says 20k dps in the hideout, and this character - after dropping 1k div - feels WAY weaker than my deadeye which costs a fraction of that.

I'm no beginner, I have 800 hours on the game: I tried debugging, double checking, tried to understand what's wrong but I can't wrap my head around this, the build is probably too complicated for me to get all the connections that needs to "click" to make it work.

I'm writing here cause I'm sure there's someone expert enough around here that can help me understand what is wrong with "my version" of the build.
