XP Installation getting stuck on "Press any key to boot from Cd .."

Trying to install windows xp on IBM THINKPAD R60 . Its getting easily boot from and proceed to install from USB made with easy2boot . ISO iamge is good as i installed same on Thinkpad x201t .

But when i trying to boot it from Cd Drive it stuck . But when i connect external Cd /DVd RW it starts to install normally . Same with USB

I have made Windows 2000 bootable Cd from same Cd RW and same Cds and everything worked good , on same Thinkpad r60 . I thought to install Xp as dual boot but it stucking at Press any key to boot from Cd . Cursor is just keep blinking after text .

Also i noticed , Laptop is not detecting Windows 98 OEM cd (Detected when using external CD Drive) but it detected Windows Nt 4 workstation
