Anybody experienced the same? Or had the same surgery?
I have been experiencing tinnitus with hearing loss since this year, and had an ear infection last year (first time I ever experienced.)
Now I went to ENT and had a temporal bone CT scan. Here are the results. My ENT recommended to have a mastoidectomy since she said antibiotics won’t cure this. She said 90% chance of improving hearing loss but it can also stay the same or worsen.
Anybody has the same experience? Could you please tell me if your hearing/tinnitus improved or worsen?
