Ex wife

Me and my ex wife have been on off the last 5 years our last time dating was these last two years we separated the beginning of year 2026 we stayed separated and only spoke involving children drop off/ pick up times. Well the last three months she started coming around pretty regularly mind you I had contacted her to come over because my mother has passed away and just wanted somebody to comfort me and she was the one. Well ever since the first day I called her over she’s been here around me. We’ve all been a family again it seems. She’s made it very clear we’re not together or dating but sure feels like it. We do just about everything the same as if we were together. Hanging out, gaming, sex you name it I wake up to her and go to bed beside her. Well just a few days ago she told me she’s moving out of town about two hours away from where we originally live. Said she needs to heal and be closer to her family up there and that is fine. Now the part I’m asking help on. She mentioned to me moving up close by here so the distance wouldn’t be as hard and we can as be close as a family still. I’m a loss as to what I should do. I have the money to move and restart in another town if need be and realistically it does sound more convenient for me to still live near by her for the kids. Does it should like there is any hope for us left? She acts like she misses me when she does stay gone for a little. She says she’s only around me for the nostalgia or what we once had. She claims I ruined her life but still stays around me and even wants me to move with her. I love her to death and have been going to therapy and taking anger management for myself hence why we’re not together. I’m just at a loss. I know I need to do what’s best for me and my children just seems kinda hard right now my brain feels wrapped.
