Why is Zara perfumes considered dupes?

So I recently got into fragrances. And I’m talking very recent. And I notice the discourse especially around certain brands like Zara just don’t make sense. Especially with influencers. How is Zara perfumes considered dupes when they have actual perfumers making some of the collection?
