Lost everything

Somehow someone's got access to my Path of Exile account yesterday and stole everything from my character and I'm still shocked about it. Had a self farmed headhunter and my build was around 1.6k divs, and now my character is naked with an empty stash and zero currency. :/

I always log in through S team linked with authenticator and it says there's been no new logins recently so I suppose they've used the poe launcher.
I know about the discord scams and what not, and have not been adding anyone nor linked my account to any shady websites. I figured it could be a keylogger but I'm not sure how they'd even know about my "real" poe account information as I've never even typed it in.

Has anyone experienced this or know how they might've gained access?
