Sand on Marine Corps Drive

It happened during Sinlaku and it happened again.

Why does Public Works not finish the job of clearing the roads and leave sand? It creates a road hazard and kicks up dust.

I don’t get it. Do they not have street sweepers clear it?

Why half-ass it?
