Missing two classes (COE528 and ECN801) am i still eligible for the eng co op portal?

Title more or less explains it all, im going into 3rd year and i couldnt take ecn801 in winter of first year since i was on prob, and i couldnt take it in either summers since it was full. COE528 im taking rn but im considering dropping since i did bad in 318 and have to relearn java for my midterm which is in 10 days, not sure if i should follow through or just wait till 3rd year to take it since its not a requirement and ill have more written exam coding experience by then. Id rather drop this class and save 500 bucks then take it and likely fail, but I may be only eligible to take it in 3rd year summer which wont be possible on co op. So in short without these two classes can I still get into the co op portal, gpa (2.7) and Ive done projects etc and submitted my application a while ago.
