I broke T&Cs apparently because I moved countries

bit of a rant

I moved countries, obviously since unlike any other company Sony doesn't allow you to change regions, I created a new account.

Didn't have many issues but it seems I'm missing out on skme DLCs. For example Skyrim Anniversary Edition doesn't transfer the creation club content so I basically have access to Special edition only.

I tried the support chatbot to see what my options are and to my surprise, it is against T&Cs to move countries

"I understand that moving countries can be a complex situation. However, PlayStation's terms of service do not allow for account changes to different regions, which includes creating new accounts in a different region."

Never seen a company give less of a sht about their customers.
