"You are having connection issues." How do you fix it?

At this point the game is literally unplayable It happens randomly but it happens so often that it's straight up unbearable, it's not like it happens only in combat or only when i'm not, it happens ALL THE TIME, it's not a region issue, not a server region issue, my wifi is good, i restarted my wifi many times, i closed literally every app, i made sure no downloads or anything, ping is low and despite it it's STILL THE SAME, LAGGING JUST AS OFTEN, JUST SO MUCH
I've searched for answers (obviously) and so far i don't see any solution, all i know is it most likely has something to do with the game itself (and probably with the mentality of devs to no matter what avoid optimizing their game) but I don't have this kind of issue in ANY other game so it's definitely something wrong with it

I'm making this post because i'm absolutely desperate, i like the game, i definitely have alot of issues with it and things i absolutely despise and can curse the developers all day but they will hopefully fix some of the other issues BUT THIS, i mean things like bad balance can suck but atleast it's playable, when i am constantly lagging in place and unlagging dead it's NOT playable.
