🏘️** • Property Guid**e
When you arrive in Northforge, you can either claim a pre-built house or build your own property in Creative Mode with moderator supervision.
Your starter horse will stay safely in the Community Barn until you’ve built a stable.

🏠 Claiming a Pre-Built House
Press M to open the map.
Press C.
Click the house you want to claim.
Press Esc to finish.

📏 Land Size & Prices
1 Chunk (Free)
Your starter property.
Dogs and cats only.
No payment required.
2–4 Chunks
Costs 2,000–4,000 Thyms.
Can house a few livestock.
Up to 2–3 SWEM horses.
5–6 Chunks
Costs 5,000–6,000 Thyms.
Can keep any animals within server limits.
7+ Chunks
Costs 7,000+ Thyms.
Can keep all allowed animals.
Eligible to apply for a Community Build.
Maximum property size: 500 chunks

🏦 The Bank
Land purchases are a one-time payment.
Use:
/sweconm balance transfer @server (amount)
After paying:
Post a screenshot in the Bank thread.
Staff will approve your purchase.
Ask a MC Mod+ to claim your land.

🐾 Animal Welfare Rules
All animals must be properly cared for.
If your animals are neglected:
You’ll receive a warning.
Continued neglect may result in your animals being confiscated.
Please follow the SWEM Welfare Regulations found in the SWEM Wiki.

🛒 Getting Animals
Animals may only be obtained through:
Auctions
Registered breeders
Giveaways
Other players
❌ Do not capture wild animals. This helps protect Northforge’s ecosystem.

🐄 Animal Limits
Each player may own:
6 SWEM Horses
2 O-Horses
6 Cows
10 Chickens
8 Sheep/Goats (combined)
4 Donkeys/Mules (combined)
3 Dogs
2 Cats
4 Fish
3 Parrots
2 Reptiles
6 Ducks/Geese (combined)
Any other animals require staff approval.
We are not responsible for animal deaths unless caused by staff error.

🐎 Horse Breeding
Only Registered Horse Breeders may breed SWEM horses.
Requirements:
Purchase a Breeder Quest for 30,000 Thyms.
Each foaling application costs 2,500 Thyms.
Breeding tokens cost 10 Thyms (includes both horses).
Horses must be registered under your property before breeding.
Registered breeders may breed horses on their own property.

🐖 Farm Animal Breeding
You may freely breed:
Cows
Sheep
Goats
Pigs
Other farm animals
Rules:
Stay within animal limits.
Sell fairly.
Advertise animals under your property or Minecraft name.
Breeding items can be purchased from the Breeding Shop downtown.
