iPhone - Airtel : Receiving SMS cost flash messages even when not sending SMS.

Can anyone confirm if you people are also seeing this?

1. Checked automation or shortcuts - nothing.
2. Found SMS forwarding but nothing.
3. Checked messages app and found nothing.
4. Didn’t install anything bad or didn’t install anything from any places or didn’t visit any shady websites.

Am I the only one or is this concerning?
