Turned down for World Elite CTC?

Anyone have any insight on this one? I saw the World Elite CTC card offered roadside assistance so rather than toss another $150 CAA's way, I applied. Credit rating of 852, personal income of 108k, household 140k. Mortgage $2200 monthly (1100 b/w). Turned down, no explanation.

No balance on my current cards (Amex Cobalt, BMO MC, Tangerine MC, Amazon MC). What gives?
